Past your plan’s customers the AI keeps answering new ones at $0.40 each — up to a cap you set. By default the cap equals your plan price; set it to 0 and the AI stops at the plan limit. At the cap the AI still answers everyone it already talks to this month and takes no new customers. It never bills past your cap.
Fair use: up to 30 AI replies to one customer a day — after that the conversation goes to your manager. Every 50 AI replies to one customer in a month count as one more customer.
