Terms of Service
The rules under which you use the Vendu service.
Last updated: 2026-10-18 · Effective from: 2026-10-18
Acceptance of the terms
By using Vendu you agree to these Terms. If you accept them on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.
The service is provided by sole proprietor (FOP) Zadvornyi Yaroslav Ihorovych, Ukraine. Vendu is intended for businesses: by creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or older.
Account and access
You are responsible for keeping access to your account safe and for the actions of every member of your workspace.
Roles (owner / admin / member) define what each member may do; the owner is responsible for managing the team.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful activity, spam, circumventing the restrictions of channel platforms, or infringing the rights of third parties.
You are responsible for making sure your use complies with the rules of the channels you connect (Meta and others).
Billing
Vendu subscriptions are sold by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record: Paddle processes the order, takes the payment, charges applicable taxes and issues invoices. Paddle’s buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
The billing unit is a customer the AI replied to within the billing period; a customer is counted once, however many messages the conversation holds. Plan prices are listed on the pricing page.
The guarantees on the trial without automatic charges, the overage cap and the notice of price changes are set out in the Vendu Bill of Rights.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time: through the “Manage subscription” link in Paddle’s email, at paddle.net, or by writing to anton.babiienko@vendu.space — then we cancel it in Paddle for you. The subscription stays active until the end of the paid period, and no further charges are made.
Within 14 days of the first payment for a subscription you get a full refund on request, no reason needed. This is our commitment as the supplier, in addition to Paddle’s Refund Policy. Ask at paddle.net (“Request refund”) or write to anton.babiienko@vendu.space; the refund is issued through Paddle to the payment method used for the purchase.
Payments for renewing a subscription and overage for customers the AI has already served are not refunded. This does not limit any statutory right to withdraw that applies to you, including after a renewal.
If the service does not work as described, write to anton.babiienko@vendu.space first: we fix the problem or refund you. If we cannot resolve it, contact Paddle support.
AI disclaimer
Replies are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies. The service has verification layers (supervisor, critic, escalation to a person) but does not guarantee error-free output.
You remain responsible for final control over communication with your customers.
Intellectual property
Vendu retains the rights to the platform. Your content (catalog, messages, settings) remains yours.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend access if these Terms are breached or the security of the service is at risk. You may stop using the service at any time.
Limitation of liability and changes
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by applicable law: beyond what these Terms state and what the law requires, we give no other warranties. We will give advance notice of material changes to these Terms.
